You may register for the Gala Dinner via the official conference portal:

Gala Dinner seats are limited and subject to availability.

All registered delegates of the 28th FMSC 2026 are eligible to apply for Gala Dinner seats.

A total of 350 seats are available:

  • 250 complimentary seats for verified active FMSA members
  • 100 paid seats (limited allocation)

The Gala Dinner fee for paid seats is RM300 per delegate.

Paid Gala Dinner seats are limited to 100 allocations and are available only to registered conference delegates. Payment confirmation is required to secure the seat.

Yes. FMSA Lifetime Members are eligible for the complimentary Gala Dinner allocation, provided they are registered delegates of the 28th FMSC 2026 and their membership status is verified as active.

Yes. Complimentary seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to verification of active FMSA membership status.

Gala Dinner registration will close once all 350 seats have been fully allocated. Participants are advised to register early to avoid disappointment.

You will receive an email confirmation once:

  • Your conference registration is successful, and
  • Your Gala Dinner seat (complimentary or paid) has been verified and secured.

Please ensure your registered email address is active and accurate.

No. Payment for Gala Dinner seats is non-refundable once confirmed. Participants are advised to verify their membership status prior to selecting the paid dinner option during registration.

Sponsored delegates may register for the Gala Dinner via the conference portal once their conference registration has been submitted.

If your sponsorship registration is still being processed, please email the conference secretariat to reserve a dinner seat, stating:

  • Sponsoring organisation/company
  • Letter of Offer (LO) reference (if applicable)
  • Full name and contact details

Seat reservation is subject to availability.

You are encouraged to complete your conference registration first. However, if your sponsorship confirmation is pending, you may email the secretariat to request a provisional reservation of a Gala Dinner seat. Allocation remains subject to seat availability and eligibility verification.

No. Only registered delegates of the 28th FMSC 2026 are permitted to attend the Gala Dinner. Spouses and family members who are not registered conference delegates are not eligible to attend.

The dress code for the Gala Dinner is Classical Royalty (Bangsawan Klasik).

Delegates are encouraged to dress in elegant, formal attire inspired by traditional royal or classical themes. Further styling guidance will be shared closer to the event date.

Registration for the Gala Dinner will begin at the stated time in the official programme (to be announced). Delegates are encouraged to arrive early for seat verification and smooth entry.

Seating arrangements will be pre-assigned by the organising committee. While delegates may indicate preferred seating requests (e.g. by clinic/state), the committee reserves the right to finalise seating arrangements to ensure optimal event flow.

Seats are limited and highly in demand. Delegates who register but do not attend may affect allocation for other delegates on the waiting list. The organising committee reserves the right to implement future attendance policies if necessary.

Gala Dinner registration (complimentary or paid) is non-transferable. Paid seats are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.

Yes. Once all 350 seats have been allocated, a waiting list will be opened. Should seats become available due to cancellation or release, delegates on the waiting list will be notified accordingly.

Yes. Delegates may indicate dietary requirements during registration (e.g. vegetarian, food allergies). While the organising committee will attempt to accommodate reasonable requests, arrangements are subject to hotel catering policies.

No. Gala Dinner seats are non-transferable. Each seat is tied to an individual registered delegate and will be verified upon entry.
