Dato’ Dr Hjh Norsiah binti Hj Ali is a Consultant Family Medicine and Addiction Specialist with the Ministry of Health Malaysia, currently serving as Director of the Family Health and Development Division. She has extensive experience in family medicine, addiction medicine, primary care, healthcare leadership, research, and medical education, and has held several key leadership positions within the Ministry of Health and professional medical organisations. She holds a Doctor of Medicine from Universiti Sains Malaysia, a Master of Family Medicine from the University of Malaya, and a Fellowship in Addiction Medicine from Monash University, Australia. Her areas of interest include HIV/AIDS, addiction medicine, child and adolescent health, diabetes, asthma, research, and teaching in family medicine.
