Dr. Ahmad Hafizi Bin Rozimi is an Internal Medicine Specialist, a Member of the Royal Colleges of Physicians (UK), and currently serves as a Fellow in Infectious Disease at Hospital Selayang, Selangor. His clinical interests encompass a broad range of infectious diseases, with a particular focus on Rickettsial Diseases. He is actively involved in the Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) team and Infection Control Unit at Hospital Selayang, contributing to efforts to optimise antimicrobial use, strengthen infection prevention practices, and improve patient outcomes. Dr. Ahmad Hafizi is the Chairperson of the 2025 Hospital Kuala Lipis Consensus Guideline on the Management of Scrub Typhus and is one of the authors of the upcoming Negeri Sembilan Clinical Practice Guideline (CPG) on Rickettsial Disease. He is also actively engaged in clinical research, particularly in the field of Rickettsial Diseases, including Scrub Typhus, with a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, clinical research, medical education, and improving infectious disease care.
