Dr. Ganesh Raj Vaiyapuri is an experienced Obstetrics and Gynaecology specialist with a particular interest in Urogynaecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery. He completed a clinical fellowship in Urogynaecology at KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital, Singapore, and has undertaken extensive training in urodynamics, pelvic floor disorders, perineal trauma, vaginal fistula repair, and advanced urogynaecological surgery. He has also served as an honorary lecturer and contributed to the training and assessment of medical, nursing, and postgraduate trainees. He currently serves as the Head of the National Urogynaecology Subcommittee, Ministry of Health Malaysia, and is involved in national specialist training, including supervision of the MRCOG-Master’s parallel pathway and training of Malaysian Urogynaecology Fellowship trainees. He is a member of several professional organisations, including the Malaysian Medical Association, Obstetrical & Gynaecological Society of Malaysia, International Continence Society, and International Urogynaecology Association. He has also organised and contributed to numerous national and international urogynaecology workshops, courses, and symposiums.
