Dr. Sathya Rao Jogulu is a Family Medicine Specialist with extensive experience in primary healthcare, clinical leadership, medical education, and community health. He served as Head of Clinic and Family Medicine Specialist at Klinik Kesihatan Ampang, one of Malaysia’s comprehensive primary care clinics, and previously served as Head of District Family Medicine Specialist in Tuaran, Sabah. He has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary primary care services, including non-communicable diseases, communicable diseases, maternal and child health, HIV, tuberculosis, and community-based healthcare. He is actively involved in medical education and professional development, having served as an Associate Lecturer in Family Medicine at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Deputy Director of the Malaysia-Ireland Training Program in Family Medicine, MICGP Examiner, and member of the Board of Studies for postgraduate general practice training. He has also contributed significantly to HIV and harm reduction initiatives and served as Medical Director of the Sri Sathya Sai International Organisation for Zone 4, leading medical and humanitarian services across South and Southeast Asia, including disaster relief and pandemic response programmes.
