Nor Hazlin TalibDrConsultant Family Medicine Specialist (Subspecialist Addiction)

Dr. Nor Hazlin is a Family Medicine Specialist trained at UKM with 25 years of service in the Ministry of Health Malaysia, including 15 years as a specialist. She has Advance Specialty Addiction Medicine Training in Primary Care (MOH), with further training from Centre for Addiction Studies in Chulalongkorn University and Fresh Start Clinic, Australia. She currently serves as Consultant FMS at Klinik Kesihatan Batu 9, Selangor Head of Family Medicine Service, President of the Malaysian Family Medicine Specialists’ Association (2024–2026), Assistant Secretary of MEGA (Malaysia Expert Guidance Association on Addiction), and National Head of Advanced Addiction Medicine Training in Primary Care. Dr. Hazlin leads the One Stop Centre for Addiction (OSCA) at KK Batu 9 and is actively involved in research, guideline development, and national policy work on addiction, including contributions to OSCA and behavioural addiction guidelines. She collaborates with multiple agencies and NGOs, serves as an advisor for Rumah Sahabat and expert reviewer, and is part of the National Taskforce on Drug Decriminalisation, chairing the subcommittee on strengthening addiction treatment.
